Letzshop is a national online sales platform that allows all Luxembourg retailers to present themselves and sell their products online.
Letzshop allows you to benefit from the advantages of e-commerce (shop from anywhere, at any time, eliminating the need to travel to physical stores; add items to a cart, proceed to checkout, and make payments without standing in line; benefit from deals and discounts; ...) while supporting local Luxembourg retailers. For your convenience, we have set up " Click-and-Collect " which allows you to pick up your order at your favourite shop.
The project is financed by the Ministry of Economy, many cities and municipalities of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the CLC, the Chamber of Commerce as well as the Chambre des Métiers. From 125 EUR per year, retailers can already have their online shop on Letzshop, which includes the support of a multilingual team, a professional photo shoot of your shop, as well as marketing actions to increase the visibility of Letzshop and the displayed shops. Yes, the merchants participating in our Luxembourg e-commerce can present promotional items or special offers in Letzshop.
On the home page of Letzshop, you can search by keyword, shop, city or product using the search function. 1. To search by keyword, use the search box in the header. 2. To search by shop, select a shop in the section "Vendors". To search by city, select the city in the section "Partners". 4. To search by product, you can select the product you are looking for in the section "Product categories".
When you have found a product you like, click on the "Add to cart" button and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
After you have logged in to the Letzshop page, go to "Shopping cart", which includes all your purchases. You can then proceed to payment.
All payments are made online. After you've paid for your purchases in your shopping cart, you don't need to make any further payments and can go straight to your favourite local shop to pick up your parcel.
Consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can return items purchased from the Letzshop to the retailer and ask for a full refund if those items, in their nature and condition, comply with the said legislation (Consumer Law, L.222-9). Fresh or individualised items, for example, are excluded from the right of withdrawal (L.222-9 (7)).
All transactions carried out on Letzshop are processed by Stripe, a licensed payment provider. It follows industry standard security practices, such as encryption of sensitive data and secure storage of payment information. Stripe is also PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, which is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. Furthermore, payment transactions on Letzshop are secured by 3D Secure (if your credit card supports this function).
All major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, ...) are accepted.

No, unfortunately this is not possible.
The national online marketplace Letzshop will deliver your order to any address in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Items can be delivered unless the merchant only offers the "click-and-collect" option. In addition to this, Letzshop also offers delivery to Germany, Belgium, France and the Netherlands if the retailer has selected delivery to these countries. Local retailers can also limit delivery to Luxembourg.

Delivery in Luxembourg - for items in stock: Depending on the time of your order, as well as the opening hours of the retailer/seller, your package will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For items that are not in stock, the delivery time is indicated in the item description in days or weeks. Outside Luxembourg (if the merchant also delivers abroad), the delivery time depends on the delivery service responsible.
The delivery costs depend on the shipping method chosen by the merchant, and are listed in the item description.
You can have delivery to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, France and the Netherlands. However, the merchant must agree to delivery abroad (indicated on sales page).
If the content of the order is changed before acceptance by the seller or if the seller does not confirm the availability of the product or service within forty-eight (48) hours, the original order may be cancelled.
If you should not be at home at the time of delivery, a notification slip about the attempted delivery with telephone number will be left in your letterbox. This will allow you to arrange a new date for the delivery of your order. Furthermore, you can contact the retailer directly for arranging a new delivery date.
If you find that your order has not yet been delivered, you can contact the retailer you ordered the items from to enquire about delivery tracking.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Once you have selected the option for your "delivery", the message goes directly to the transport company after the order is completed, and can no longer be changed.
You must pay the return shipping costs yourself, unless otherwise agreed with the retailer.
We guarantee a maximum period of 15 days after returning the product.
The transport conditions are to be agreed with the company you have chosen to return your package to the seller.
Exchanges of items must be arranged directly with the retailer concerned.

As a company, you also have the option of ordering gift vouchers on account. You can find more information here. Yes! Simply order it here and we will send you a PDF with the code to be redeemed by e-mail to you or a recipient of your choice. A customised greeting text is also possible: just enter it during the checkout process!
The voucher can be redeemed in the physical shop of participating local retailers. Discover the full list of participating retailers here. If your order is subsequently cancelled by the retailer, your voucher will be automatically recharged. For this reason, we recommend that you keep the voucher until the order could be delivered. You can simply print out a voucher or show it digitally at participating shops. The retailer will then redeem it when you pay.
The voucher expires 24 months after the date of issue.
